A Florida businessman is on trial for falsifying toxic mold reports. Patrick Bock of Vero Beach is accused of preying on the toxic mold fears of residents and businesses following the back-to-back hurricanes in 2004. His mold eradication company faces criminal charges associated with racketeering and workers compensations fraud. Bock denies the allegations.
