Hawaiian spa receives toxic mold complaints

Toxic mold may be present at a Hilton spa. The Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort & Spa is under investigation following employee complaints of mold, standing water and air quality. A fourth-floor pool overflowed into spa treatment rooms, leading to the closure of nine rooms. Inspections are being performed by the state health department and Hawaii Occupational Safety and Health (HIOSH).
