Toxic mold lawsuits filed by Florida courthouse staff

Toxic mold lawsuits have been filed against Broward County courthouse. Five employees say the building made them sick and caused serious respiratory problems. Water damage from hurricanes Katrina and Wilma in 2005 are believed to have contributed to the mold problem. The lawsuit stated that the courthouse was a `very sick’ building according to air samples taken.
