Florida businessman guilty, falsifies mold reports

Patrick Bock has been convicted of racketeering. After a two-week trial, the jury found him guilty in the operations of his former toxic mold removal company in Florida. Attorney Lev Evans said the jury had little patience for the scammer who took advantage of hurricane victims from 2004 to 2007. Bock says he had no criminal intent, but does accept responsibility for his actions.
